Camp Jolt Important Information

- Camp Dates: December 7 - December 9th
- Cost: $175 per student
- Curriculum/Camp Parent Night is SEPTEMBER 8th at 6:15-7:00 in the cafeteria to discuss camp & curriculum.
- We will send home camp information and packet to fill out at our parent conference day on October 24th.
- ALL Forms & Money due for camp: NOVEMBER 16th
- Camp Partial Scholarships for students that sold candles or new students: Applications are due Oct. 28th.
- Chaperones:
- We will need 4 chaperones per class. (2 moms and 2 dads). You must be able to attend all three days. The cost for chaperones is $175.
- You will be able to enter your name for a “lottery” style drawing during the camp parent night meeting on September 8th.
- Your child’s teacher will announce the cabin parents on September 16th. You will be invited to the chaperones meeting on November 9th .
- Visiting Parent’s Lunch is on Thursday, December 8th at 12:00. Parents may visit students and share lunch with them on this day. It costs $9 and is due with the camp money on Nov. 16th.
- Our wonderful PTA is sponsoring our fifth graders on Camp Jolt’s Giant Swing and Rock Climbing Wall! Thanks to our generous VC PTA!
